Rick Bange has been named executive partner of Holland & Knight’s Charlotte, N.C., office, the firm said Tuesday.
Bange, who replaces Tim Ryan, will manage the daily operations of the office in addition to his mergers and acquisitions and private equity practice, according to Holland & Knight.
He represents clients in evaluating, structuring, and negotiating mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions, said the firm.
