Holland & Knight Nabs Michael Hutchings as Corporate Partner

Michael Hutchings joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities practice group in Seattle, the firm announced Tuesday.

Hutchings provides general counsel services to public and private companies and represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, technology licensing transactions, corporate partnerships, commercial agreements, and venture capital financing transactions. He also counsels companies, boards of directors, and board committees on corporate governance matters and securities law compliance, the firm said.

He joins from DLA Piper.
