Holland & Knight Nabs Jones Day Regulatory Partner in Atlanta

Jill Keller Hengen joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its regulatory practice group in Atlanta, the firm announced Monday.

Hengen focuses her practice on managing internal, global and government-facing investigations across a broad spectrum of matters, with substantial experience in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Her practice spans matters before the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, U.S. Congress and other enforcement authorities involving fraud, corruption, sanctions and export controls, securities laws, environmental, social and governance matters, corporate governance and human rights issues, the firm said.
