Holland & Knight Hires Siana Danch as Tax Controversy Counsel

Siana Danch joined Holland & Knight as senior counsel in its litigation practice group in Philadelphia, the firm announced Monday.

Danch focuses her practice on federal tax controversy, regulatory enforcement, internal investigations and white collar defense. She defends clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the Justice Department in matters involving criminal and civil tax fraud, assessment and collection actions, the firm said.

She joins from Ballard Spahr.
