Holland & Knight Hires Mills in Regulatory Practice in Dallas

Clarissa Howley Mills joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its regulatory practice group in Dallas, the firm announced Thursday.

Mills counsels clients on environmental regulatory matters, including agency rulemaking, permitting, government enforcement defense, litigation, due diligence and transactions. She focuses her practice on helping clients navigate complex and evolving regulatory frameworks while aligning legal strategy with operational, business and risk management objectives, the firm said.

She joins from Haynes Boone.
