Jeffrey Page joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its real estate practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Page handles real estate and commercial finance matters for institutional lenders domestically and internationally, the firm said. His practice covers various aspects of real estate lending, including structuring capital, advising on intercreditor issues, drafting and negotiating documents, and managing distressed loan workouts.
He joins from Ballard Spahr.
