Ibrahim Barakat joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities practice group in Miami, the firm announced Wednesday.
Barakat represents public and private corporations, private equity funds, and strategic investors in transactional and corporate matters, the firm said.
He joins from McDermott Will & Emery.
