Michelle Huntsman joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its healthcare transactions practice group in Houston, the firm announced Wednesday.
Huntsman’s practice focuses on representing healthcare industry clients in mergers and acquisitions and other transactional matters. She advises healthcare providers regarding Medicare and Medicaid issues, licensing requirements, and federal and state regulatory matters, the firm said.
She joins from King & Spalding, where she was a senior associate.
