Clayton Falls joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its litigation practice in Dallas, the firm announced Thursday.
Falls focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, representing owners, developers, landlords, and tenants in real estate disputes ranging from lease defaults, commercial evictions, and construction disputes. He also manages the representation of REITs and other private investment firms in connection with their real estate needs across the country, the firm said.
He joins from K&L Gates.
