Alexandra Mitchell joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its tax-exempt organizations and philanthropy practice group in Seattle, the firm announced Tuesday.
Mitchell brings two decades of experience advising tax-exempt organizations, institutional clients, and private wealth principals on complex federal tax matters. Her practice focuses on exempt organization structuring, charitable giving, IRS examinations, private letter rulings and philanthropic planning in various areas, the firm said.
She joins from RSM’s Washington National Tax office and previously was with KPMG’s Washington National Tax office.
