Allison Borgatti joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its Philadelphia litigation practice group, the firm announced Tuesday.
Borgatti’s practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations and complex civil matters often related to criminal or quasi-criminal charges or fraudulent conduct. Her clients include boards of directors, corporations and ultra-high net-worth individuals, the firm said.
She joins from Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney.
