Michael Stiff joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its Private Wealth Services Group in Denver, the firm announced Wednesday.
Stiff focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, trust administration and business planning. He assists principals of oil and gas companies, private equity firms and hedge funds in planning for their carried interests and works with non-US citizens with estate planning for their domestic and foreign situs assets, the firm said.
He joins from BakerHostetler.
