Holland & Knight Employs Goel as Telecom Practice Chair in DC

Shiva Goel joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its regulatory practice group to chair the telecommunications, media and technology team in Washington, D.C., the firm announced Monday.

Goel’s practice focuses on the intersection of law, policy and innovation, and he provides strategic counsel on rules, regulations and judicial decisions affecting emerging technologies. He represents wireless, satellite, technology, media and wireline companies in FCC rulemakings, license adjudications, transaction reviews and investigations, the firm said.

He joins from Wiley Rein.
