Kirsten Donaldson joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its public policy and regulation group in Washington, DC, the firm announced Tuesday.
Donaldson’s practice focuses on policy development and regulatory advocacy on copyright, AI, media law and technology issues before Congress, federal agencies and the courts. She represents intellectual property owners in trademark, copyright, patent and trade secret law matters, the firm said.
She joins from the National Association of Broadcasters.
