Matt Rosenbaum joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its international trade group in Century City and Washington DC, the firm announced Wednesday.
Rosenbaum directed civil export controls enforcement for the Bureau of Industry and Security’s western regional offices and led major parallel investigations with the Department of Justice and the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control. He also prosecuted complex financial crimes and international cartels, and led cross-border investigations, the firm said.
He joins from the Department of Commerce.
