Emmett Weindruch has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in the intellectual property group in Charlotte, N.C., the firm said Thursday.
Weindruch concentrates his practice on preparing and negotiating intellectual property technology and commercial agreements, according to Holland & Knight.
He also has experience working with private equity sponsors evaluating and negotiating mergers and acquisitions in the technology sector, said the firm.
He joins from Moore & Van Allen.
