Kimberly Rai joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its healthcare regulatory and enforcement practice in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Rai’s corporate and transactional practice focuses on advising healthcare clients on formation and governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and tax-exempt organization issues. She represents for-profit and non-for-profit hospitals, integrated healthcare delivery systems, academic medical centers, managed care organizations, pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, management companies, nursing homes, charitable and religious organizations and physician practices, the firm said.
She was previously counsel at King & Spalding.
