David Ehrlich has joined Holland & Knight’s corporate, mergers and acquisitions and securities practice group in New York as a partner, the firm said Tuesday.
Ehrlich advises financial sponsors and corporate clients on complex transactional and investment matters, including M&A, capital raising and deployment activities, strategic partnerships and joint ventures, and commercial transactions, according to the firm.
He has worked with clients in defense technology, aerospace, space launch, and cybersecurity, among other fields, the firm said.
He joins from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.
