Joshua Husbands was named executive partner of Holland & Knight’s Portland, Ore., office, the firm announced Thursday.
Husbands will oversee the day-to-day management of the office while continuing to manage his practice, which focuses on private wealth services and tax counsel for private companies and their owners, the firm said.
He represents clients in business, tax, philanthropy, business succession, and estate planning matters, including business reorganizations, acquisitions, and divestitures
