Adam Jachimowski joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its financial services practice group in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Jachimowski represents financial institutions and investment funds serving as trustees, collateral agents, depositaries and escrow agents in financing and restructuring transactions. He advises clients on secured and unsecured debt offerings, syndicated loans and project finance matters, the firm said.
He was previously a partner with Troutman Pepper.
