Summer Martin, Susan Banks, and Rebecca Merrill have joined Holland & Knight as partners from Dentons, the firm said Monday.
Martin, who previously led the US healthcare mergers and acquisitions team at Dentons, joins the firm in Atlanta alongside Merrill, and Banks joins in Denver.
Martin focuses on strategic advice, complex transactions, and regulatory compliance counseling whereas Banks advises hospitals and health systems on Medicare and Medicaid compliance and reimbursement issues. Merrill works on healthcare regulatory matters, according to Holland & Knight.
