Tal Hacohen joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities practice group in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Hacohen advises on strategic transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A, dispositions, joint ventures, and debt and equity financings, the firm said. He also advises boards of directors, shareholders, and other stakeholders in all aspects of corporate, partnership, and limited liability company law, including corporate governance and fiduciary duty matters.
He joins from WilmerHale.
