Holland & Knight Adds Stephen Baumann II as Employment Partner

Stephen Baumann II joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its labor and employment and litigation practices in Denver and Los Angeles, the firm announced Tuesday.

Baumann works with employers to address and resolve employment and traditional labor issues throughout the employment life cycle. He provides counsel on employment agreements, policies, trade secrets protection, and restrictive covenant agreements, the firm said.

He joins from Littler Mendelson.
