Ronnie Skloss joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its corporate mergers and acquisitions and private equity practice in Austin, the firm announced Tuesday.
Skloss concentrates on private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic business transactions in the middle market. He represents publicly traded and privately held issuers, institutional and individual investors, and entrepreneurs in various industry sectors, the firm said.
He joins from Greenberg Traurig.
