Edward Rojas has rejoined Holland & Knight in its New York office as a partner with the firm’s national public finance team, the firm said Tuesday.
Rojas’ practice includes tax-exempt bond financings of entities in healthcare, education, single-family and multifamily housing, tribal bonds, infrastructure, and environmental and generation facilities, according to the firm.
He has more than 30 years of public finance experience including new money and refunding issues, hedges, investment agreements, reissuance, and other arbitrage, the firm said.
He joins from Harris Beach.
