Ashley Joyner Chavous joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its litigation practice in Washington, D.C., the firm announced Monday.
Chavous represents Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 technology companies, financial institutions and national nonprofits in navigating congressional investigations and matters involving national security, trade controls, competition, artificial intelligence and other business-critical risks. She negotiates with committee staff to shape investigative scope, protect confidential information and privilege, and guide witness preparation under heightened public and political scrutiny, the firm said.
She joins from Covington & Burling.
