Mark Swirbalus and Marshall Senterfitt have joined Holland & Knight as partners with the private wealth services practice in Boston, Mass., the firm said Tuesday.
Swirlbalus, who deals with trust and estate-related disputes, represents individuals, families, charitable organizations, and bank and trust companies as beneficiaries, trustees, executors, administrators, and personal representatives, according to Holland & Knight.
Senterfitt works on litigating and resolving high-stakes trust and estate disputes, and he serves private individuals, trusts and trustees, commercial enterprises, and professional service providers, Holland & Knight said.
The pair previously practiced at Goulston & Storrs.
