Cason Kirby has joined Holland & Knight in the litigation section as a partner in Birmingham, Ala., the firm said Wednesday.
Kirby represents clients in the financial services and insurance sectors in restrictive covenant enforcement, trade secrets disputes, and unfair competition and business tort claims, according to Holland & Knight.
He also counsels corporate officers, directors, and shareholders on fiduciary duty and shareholder rights issues, said the firm.
He previously served at Campbell Partners.
