Holland & Knight Adds Nionakis as Financial Services Partner

Dimitri Nionakis joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its financial services team in Boston, the firm announced Thursday.

Nionakis advises global companies, emerging startup companies, domestic and foreign executives and senior public officials, and boards of directors in high-profile matters, the firm said. He handles banking law, regulation, transactions and compliance, as well as board and corporate governance, government investigations, litigation, corporate communications, investor relations, and crisis management.
