Meredith Auten joined Holland & Knight as a partner and leader of the office’s False Claims Act Team in Philadelphia, the firm announced Tuesday.
Auten’s practice focuses on civil FCA and qui tam action defense involving corporate clients, including those in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and defense industries. She holds a Band 1 ranking from Chambers USA for White-Collar Crime & Government Investigations in Pennsylvania, the firm said.
She was previously a partner at Morgan Lewis.
