Jose Tadeo Martinez joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its financial services team in Washington, the firm announced Monday.
Martinez’s practice includes structured and corporate finance, financial products design, private equity, private debt and venture capital investments, development financial institutions, resource mobilization, impact investing, restructuring, workouts, and contract enforcement, the firm said.
He represents lenders and investors in cross-border transactions, including debt, quasi-equity, and equity products, the firm said.
He joins from IDB Invest, where he was lead counsel.
