Anne Redcross Beehler has joined Holland & Knight as a litigation partner in Newport Beach, Calif., the firm said Monday.
Beehler, who practiced as a partner with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, has civil experience with partnership disputes, corporate governance disputes, complex contract and fraud matters, theft of trade secret cases, and qui tam and whistleblower actions, according to Holland & Knight.
Her litigation practice focuses on representing lenders, landlords, tenants, developers, investors, and REITs in the real estate industry, Holland & Knight said.
