Kenneth Chang joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its intellectual property practice in Denver, the firm announced Thursday.
Chang’s practice focuses on overseas IP issues, with a concentration on Asia, the firm said. He advises on cross-border transactions, IP licensing and disputes, monetization, and overseas IP enforcement. His practice covers various industries, including biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device, semiconductor, consumer electronics, textiles, and design services.
He joins from Quarles & Brady.
