Holland & Knight Adds Kate Pennartz as Real Estate Partner

Kate Pennartz joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its real estate practice in Dallas, the firm announced Monday.

Pennartz focuses on representing clients in matters concerning the acquisition, construction, development, financing, leasing, and disposition of commercial properties. She assists clients in the origination and restructuring of acquisition and construction loans, mezzanine loans and private placements of debt and equity, as well as the formation and structuring of joint ventures and other investment vehicles for developers and institutional investors in real estate projects, the firm said.

She joins from Squire Patton Boggs.
