Holland & Knight Adds Greg Hoffnagle, Alex Selarnick as Partners

Greg Hoffnagle and Alex Selarnick joined Holland & Knight as partners in its corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities practice group in New York and Philadelphia, respectively, the firm announced Thursday.

Hoffnagle guides insurtechs, emerging and technology companies, venture capital and private equity firms, and other insurance-related service companies through compliance, regulatory, and transactional matters, the firm said.

Selarnick advises insureds, insurers, and insurtechs, as well as their partners and investors, on compliance, regulatory, and transactional matters, the firm said.

They join from Goodwin Procter.
