David Dowd and Timothy Kobes joined Holland & Knight in its government contracts transactions practice as partners in Tysons, Va., and New York, respectively, the firm said Tuesday.
Dowd and Kobes advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters related to government grants and procurements, work with various US government customers, foreign governments, and intergovernmental organizations.
Dowd joins from Potomac Law Group and Kobes joins from Wilson Sonsini.
