Holland & Knight Adds Former Indiana Congressman Larry Bucshon

Former Indiana Congressman Larry Bucshon joined Holland & Knight as a senior policy adviser in its public policy and regulation group in Washington, the firm announced Tuesday.

Bucshon served seven terms in the House, where he was a senior member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. Prior to serving in Congress, he was a practicing cardiothoracic surgeon.

He focused on health-care reforms, shaped the 21st Century Cures Act, and advocated for energy policies during his congressional tenure, the firm said.
