Patricia Duffy joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its financial services team in Washington, the firm announced Tuesday.
Duffy represents sponsors, equity investors, developers, and lenders in the development, construction, and financing of energy and infrastructure projects, including solar, wind, battery storage, hydroelectric, and other renewable energy projects, the firm said.
She also advises lenders on cross-border project finance transactions in emerging markets.
She joins from Latham & Watkins.
