Dianne Bourque joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its health care and life sciences practice in Boston, the firm announced Monday.
Bourque advises health-care industry clients on patient privacy, clinical research, and life sciences regulatory compliance issues. She counsels researchers and research sponsors on regulated clinical research, and advises on health-care data acquisition, digital health applications, and risk management matters, the firm said.
She joins from Mintz.
