Rebecca Chaffin has joined Holland & Knight as a partner with the financial services team in Charlotte, N.C., the firm said Wednesday.
Chaffin represents agents in leveraged syndicated credit facilities and lenders and trustees in tax-exempt financings, according to Holland & Knight.
She was a partner at McGuireWoods.
