Austin Rainwater joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its West Coast litigation practice group in Seattle, the firm announced Wednesday.
Rainwater’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, consumer, and privacy class actions and insurance bad faith and fraud investigations. He defends clients in class action lawsuits, intellectual property disputes, and major aviation accidents, the firm said.
He joins from DLA Piper.
