Carmelo Gordian joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its corporate, M&A, and private equity practices in Austin, Texas, the firm announced Tuesday.
Gordian, who joins from A&O Shearman, represents general partners and limited partners of hedge funds, private equity funds, and venture capital funds. He represents emerging growth companies in transactions and has acted as company and investment counsel on several hundred private offerings, principally venture financings, the firm said.
