Holland & Hart Walks Back Covid-19 Salary Cuts

Holland & Hart is reversing pay cuts and other austerity measures it took as the coronavirus pandemic spread, as more law firms walk back pay cuts.

The firm said Tuesday it is returning all employees to their full 2020 salaries and the firm’s third quarter profit distribution to equity partners were also restored in full.

401(k) matching contributions will also be reinstated and the firm has reserved a significant bonus pool to reward staff and lawyers “who contribute to the firm at a high level” at the end of the year.
