Corporate finance attorney George Singer has joined Holland & Hart as a partner in the Denver office, the firm said Monday.
Singer, who joins from Ballard Spahr, works with lenders, borrowers, private equity firms, and administrative agents on debt and equity financings, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, according to Holland & Hart.
He also has credit restructuring, workout, and bankruptcy experience, said the firm.
