Jim Shine joined Holland & Hart as part of its project development team in Anchorage, Alaska, the firm announced Friday.
Shine conducts due diligence for oil and gas acquisitions and works on regulatory approvals from state and federal agencies, the firm said. He also has experience working with local governments, Alaska Native Corporations, and affected stakeholders.
