Diane Wozniak joined Holland & Hart as a partner in its private client team in Denver, the firm announced Tuesday.
Wozniak advises high net worth individuals entering into and ending a marriage, the firm said. She works with individuals, families, and family offices on a range of pre-marital agreements designed to protect generational wealth.
She also counsels individuals, families, beneficiaries, and corporate fiduciaries on complex trust and estate disputes, prioritizing negotiated resolutions, the firm said.
