Abraham Smith joined Holland & Hart as a partner in the Las Vegas office, the firm said Thursday.
Smith brings experience as an appellate lawyer with more than 200 appearances before the Nevada Supreme Court, the Nevada Court of Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the firm said.
He also worked closely with the Nevada Supreme Court for three years to overhaul the Nevada Rules of Appellate Procedure, according to the firm.
