Rosario Doriott Domínguez joined Holland & Hart as a partner in Denver, the firm announced Monday.
Domínguez advises oil and gas companies, ranging from small, specialized operators to multi-national companies, on royalty reporting, payment, and compliance issues, the firm said. She represents payors operating on federal, Indian, state, and private lands, and those operating under federal leases in the Pacific and Gulf of Mexico.
She joins from Ryan Law Firm.
