Lucas Foletta joined Holland & Hart as a partner in its environmental and energy practices in Reno, Nev., the firm announced Thursday.
Foletta represents large-scale energy consumers, gaming companies, and industrial users. He advises clients on power procurement and regulatory compliance, helping them navigate regulatory hurdles before the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada involving rates, resource planning, energy supply agreements, and other contested matters, the firm said.
He joins from McDonald Carano.
