Jason Boren joined Holland & Hart as a partner in its litigation practice in Salt Lake City, the firm announced Wednesday.

Boren represents businesses in complex commercial disputes and employment law challenges. He handles corporate governance, shareholder disputes, and litigation for corporate officers and directors. He also works on real estate matters including condemnation, zoning, landlord-tenant conflicts, and construction disputes, the firm said.
